All our fish is caught in line, respecting laws and most importantly the sea.

Fresh Fish
We are proud to offer you what the Mediterranean Sea gives us. That is some of the most prized fish in the world, such as the Sicilian red tuna, swordfish and the tastiest purple head King prawns.

Confectionery
All the fish used for our products belong to the family of Scombridae, foremost the Red tuna from Sicily from which we use only the fillet and the belly, the most delicate and valuable part of the tuna.

The process of our packaging is very natural and in respect with nature, we only use our organic olive oil, we don’t boil the fish, we tenderly steam it and more importantly there is not addition of any additives.
